Saab CAS-E Online Training
Saab Automobile had been owned by General Motors since 1990, but in 2010, GM sold the Saab division. For the previous decade, Saab dealers had relied on GM software for its online ordering and tracking of automobile inventory. After the sale, Saab dealers had to go back to Saab’s original online inventory ordering and tracking system, which is antiquated and difficult to use. They wanted a simple set of training videos that Saab dealers could view to help them understand and use the Saab Car Administration System – Enhanced (CAS-E) website more effectively.
