SCORM-compliant, web-based training courses for use in Mazda service training. The training includes a course for each vehicle of the 2008 Mazda model lineup. Each course contains a summary of new technology features in powertrain, chassis, interior/exterior, and safety and a quiz of common service questions specific to that model. Each product course aids learning with voice-over narration, product videos, interactive rollovers, and knowledge checks to keep the user engaged.
